timezone description may be customized to your own requirements.
You can either keep the default timezone text or change it
to a custom description.

the list of selected timezones, the custom text remains intact
until the Add/Remove cities window is closed, after which
the text will revert back to its default timezone text.
3.3 Always On Top
The City Time Zone List can be made to stay on top of other
windows by selecting the ‘Always On Top’ option.

be changed from the ‘Add \ Remove Cities’ window.

allowing a good text height without using up too much screen.

in the taskbar when the application is minimized. If no scrolling
is selected, the city at the top of the city time zone list

each time zone is displayed one after the other. If ‘Character
